In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items are handmade to order, please allow up to 2 weeks window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email.
If you placed an order with multiple items and not all items are in stock, the order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like items to ship as ready for an additional fee, please contact us.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we have a few steps:
- Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note
- Check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned here without notification.
If you have checked both of these places then please email us at mail@naga-zone.com with your order number and we will endeavour to help.
Our Returns Policy
The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:
Send an email request for the return to mail@naga-zone.com no later than 14 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and order number. Please note this excludes earrings.
The items should be packaged in original condition and may not be used or damaged in any way.
*Sale and discounted items can be returned for exchange or refund as store credit only. (Including Florals Deal).
We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewellery to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.
**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.

Please note we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are also non-refundable.
If you are returning goods from outside the EU please clearly mark the package as 'returned goods free of duty and tax' otherwise the goods will be unclaimed and returned to you.
Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
In the event of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested please contact mail@naga-zone.com. We will arrange for a return and/or exchange.
