All pieces are made by hand with lots of love, care and time! Please allow 3-5 business days for product to be made before shipment. Pieces may appear differently from the items shown online.

For pre-order items, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as some of our products are made to order. 


Please note all pieces are hand made and, UK & International orders shipping from London.

Germany & EU orders shipping from Berlin.

Please note some EU orders might be shipping from the UK depending on our stock levels in our Berlin fulfilment office. In this case, any additional  charges custom & duties will be covered by us.


UK Shipping : Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. 

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Typically takes 3-5 working days but may take longer under some circumstances.

EU Shipping :  We ship our jewellery with Deutsche Post/DHL from Berlin. The tracking number we provide you, is a tracking number by German mail. Usually this tracking number changes in the destination country. Please note that the delivery period within Europe is approx. 4-7 business days.

International Shipping : International delivery typically takes 7-10 working days but can take longer depending on time of year and how far the destination is from the UK. 

Important Notes:  Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. 

Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we have a few steps:

  1. Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note
  2. Check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned here without notification.

If you have checked both of these places then please email us at  with your order number and we will endeavour to help.


Our Returns Policy 

The procedure for returning an item purchased at our online store is as follows:

Send an email request for the return to no later than 14 working days from the date you received the product, letting us know the reason for the return and order number. Please note this excludes earrings.

The items should be packaged in original condition and may not be used or damaged in any way.

 Sale Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date you receive the goods (Including Florals Deal). 

We are happy to repair most manufacturing faults. Please e-mail an image of your damaged jewellery to discuss possible options. Repairs will not be accepted after 365 days of its original order date.

**Manufacturing faults DO NOT include: chipped, cracked or broken gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. In cases where a product is deemed defective, Naga shall assume the entire cost of return shipping and/or exchange.

Once a return is approved the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.

In the event of having mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested please contact  We will arrange for a return and/or exchange.

For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping should this be necessary. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted. If you need any assistance please email to
